Now, this estimate has a wide range in price due to four very important factors:

1. The condition of the floor being coated.
2. The overall M2 of the floor to be coated.
3. The type of floor coating system being applied and the quality of products used.
4. Whether you are doing it yourself or using professional applicators.

The lower price range would be for low quality Concrete Paints & low quality Epoxies, where as the upper price range would be for the higher quality Polyaspartics & Polyurea’s.

So the initial cost of the coating system you choose, combined with the amount of work involved in prepping the floor & who will apply the coating, greatly influences the total cost of the job.
